*Ingredients:
°1 bone-in ribeye steak
°20g butter
° 1 Spray Oil
° 5cl of dry white wine
°Salt
°Pepper
*Methods:
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the beef for three to four minutes on each side. Covering with aluminum paper also keeping warm.
Heat 1/2 of the butter with the pan, peel sweat and chopped shallot. Add the white wine and reduce for two to a few minutes.
Remove the rest of the butter from the heat even while mixing. Salt, pepper. Arrange the sirloin steaks in the dishes with the sauce covered and serve immediately.
