Homemade pancakes




*Ingredients:

°1 cup full-fat milk.

°1 cup flour white.

°3 tablespoons of granulated sugar.

°1/2 tbsp baking soda.

°1/2 tbsp baking powder.

°2 tbsp melted butter.

°1 large egg.

°1 tbsp pure vanilla extract.

°1 tbsp white vinegar.

°A pinch of salt.

*Methods :

Step 1:

I combined flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt into a large bowl, mixing well.
In another bowl, whisk milk and vinegar, then add eggs, vanilla extract and melted butter.

Step 2:

I mixed dry ingredients with well-wet ingredients and set them aside for 10 minutes.

Step 3:

Now. It's time to cook pancakes incredibly. I gently dip 1/2 cup of mixture and place it on a butter grill or pan and cook until the first side is golden brown, then turn it with a spoon and the other side is browned.

You can use some fresh fruits and honey.
