+To prepare the sauce:
°120 grams of natural yogurt
°1 lemon (juice of half a lemon)
°Lemon peel
°parsley
°Half a cucumber
°Salt and Pepper
°1 clove of garlic

Grate the potatoes and squeeze them well.
We put them in a bowl and add the parsley, the chives, the salt, the pepper, the garlic, the egg, the starch, the paprika and the coriander.
Form pancakes and fry them in a frying pan with oil.
Dressing: mix yogurt, lemon, parsley, cucumber, salt, pepper, garlic, hot sauce and oil.
