Fried Cajun shrimp



*Ingredients:

°3 cups of brown rice or cooked white
°1 pound large shrimp peeled and carved
°1/2 teaspoon each of chili powder, paprika and garlic powder
°1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste
°1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
°Fresh black pepper to taste
°2 White Large Scrambled Eggs
°1 whole egg big whipped
°1/2 Medium chopped onion
°2 cloves garlic clip into cubes
°5 medium green onions, chopped, white and separated greens
°Oil Spray
°1 tbsp sesame oil
°1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or more to taste
°4 teaspoons soy sauce or more to taste
°1 teaspoon Asian fish sauce (or more soy sauce)


*Instructions

In a bowl, season the shrimp with chili pepper, chili powder, chili pepper, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
In a hot pan, over medium-high heat, sprinkle with a little oil and cook the eggs when cooked, remove from the pan and set aside, 1 to 2 minutes.
Increase the heat to high, when sesame oil, fried onions, green onion whites, garlic and chilli flakes are added for about 1-2 minutes.
Add the shrimp and fry until not transparent, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the rice and leave in the pan to leave the bottom brown, 2 to 3 minutes, stir and add the eggs, soy sauce and fish sauce, and mix well for about 2 minutes.
Add the scallion vegetables and serve.
We added a huge extra roast shrimp on top.
